Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the Swindell Bridge Construction project, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Seven Hundred Thousand ($1,700,000.00) dollars, an increase of Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (54006); reimbursable at ninety five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) dollars, a zero Dollar ($0.00) increase from the previously executed agreement (54006).
