Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into a License Agreement for a period of five (5) years, with two (2) five (5) year renewal options in which the City grants to Allegheny GoatScape a right to utilize grazing goats upon particular City property and/or Right-of-Way in specified locations Citywide.
