Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter into a Professional Services Agreement and/or Contract(s) with WSP USA Inc., for services related to an update to the Manchester National Register District that will add additional historic context, including civil rights history, to buildings within the district at a cost not to exceed THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND ($35,000.00) DOLLARS.
