Resolution amending Resolution 420 of 2022, a resolution authorizing an Agreement or Agreements or amendments thereto with eDocs Technologies, LLC (“eDocs”) for licensing services and maintenance and support services to provide document management services to include Department of Mobility and Infrastructure documents at an additional cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($20,500).
