Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Allegheny Singer Research Institute D/B/A AHN Research Institute for professional services relating to the administration, implementation, and expansion of the Reaching Out on the Streets (“ROOTS”) program, for a sum not to exceed Nine Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($9,960,000.00) through 2024, and for the payment of the costs thereof.
