Resolution authorizing the Office of the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Sister Cities Association of Pittsburgh, as a single-source provider, to manage the City of Pittsburgh’s relationships and programming with its Sister Cities and develop new partnerships with cities throughout the world at a cost not to exceed TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000).
