Resolution further amending Resolution No. 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing SMALLMAN STREET RECONSTRUCTION by two hundred seventeen thousand two hundred forty three dollars and thirty seven cents ($217,243.37) and increasing COMPLETE STREETS one hundred seventeen thousand two hundred forty three dollars and thirty seven cents ($117,243.37) and increasing SLOPE FAILURE REMEDIATION by one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
