Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Duquesne University for the purpose of spending grant funds not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($150,500.00) dollars to support the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Inside-Out training program.
