Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Ameriserv of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($5,000.00) to purchase smoke detectors for residents of the City of Pittsburgh.
