Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with The POISE Foundation to assist in supporting the arts and related production services for the 2023 and 2024 Western Pennsylvania Juneteenth Homecoming Celebrations, for a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) over two years and for the payment of the costs thereof.
