Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with Norfolk Southern for costs associated with the repairs to the South Negley Ave Bridge where the City would be responsible for certain aspects of the work as described in Exhibit B for reimbursement to Norfolk Southern thereof, not to exceed a total of Twenty One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Eight Dollars ($21,868.00).
