Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership to provide an ambassador program to assist police with non-criminal matters in the Central Business District, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($600,000.00).
