Resolution further amending Resolution No. 723 of 2022, effective December 27, 2022, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2023 Capital Budget, the 2023 Community Development Program, and the 2023 through 2028 Capital Improvement Program” by increasing HERRON AVENUE BRIDGE (TIP) by $330,000 and ELIZABETH STREET BRIDGE (TIP) by $298,000.
