Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to take all necessary actions to acquire and secure a right-of-way, aerial easements, and permanent and/or temporary construction easements, as-needed, including the taking of property by eminent domain if necessary, involving the West Carson Street Bridge project, at no cost to the City.
