Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Starfire Corporation, for the display of a fireworks show in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh’s Independence Day Festival at an amount not to exceed EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80,000).
