Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars to support the equitable street tree plan.
