Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney PC in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($40,000.00) for expert legal services in connection with human resource related legal litigation.
