Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, a license agreement or agreements with the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Physical Therapy for implementation of the On The Move Program, at no cost to the City. The City will receive $1,000.00 in revenue for each site that participates in the Program.
