WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) is celebrating its 85th Anniversary of serving the needs and interests of all school retirees in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania comprised of 60 chapters within the borders of PA and 8 chapters out of state; and,
