Resolution authorizing the issuance of eight (8) warrants with the total sum of Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($275,000.00). It is further understood and agreed that the payment schedule of the total settlement amount shall be as follows: (i) $19,533.54 payable to Nicole Rulli; (ii) $19,533.54 payable to Nicole Rulli as legal guardian of A.F., a minor; (iii) $19,533.54 payable to Charles Bryant, Jr.; (iv) $19,533.54 payable to Simon Phillips; (v) $19,533.54 payable to Donovan Hayden; (vi) $19,533.54 payable to Jennifer “Jay” Yoder; (vii) $19,533.54 payable to Christopher Wilson Juring; and (viii) $138,265.22 will be issued to Plaintiffs’ attorneys, O’Brien, Coleman & Wright, LLC for fees and expenses related to litigation filed at 2:20-cv-00965 in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
