Resolution amending Resolution 320 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Sable & Sable, LLC, by substituting the entity of Sable & Sable, LLC with that of Meyer, Unkovic, & Scott LLP, for expert legal services in connection with Case Number G.D. 23-002842, in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and No Centers ($20,000).
