Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, and any Amendment or Amendments thereto, with Rimini Street, Inc. to extend the term of unified software support and services for JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle Technologies (OT), and Oracle Data Base (ODB), at a cost not-to-exceed Five Hundred Ninety Five Thousand, One Hundred Thirty One Dollars ($595,131) over 4 years and 5 months.
