Resolution approving execution of a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land between the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh or an Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh affiliate and ALCOSAN for the sale of Block 9-B, Lots 7, 14, 15, 16, 19, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57, and 58 in the 23rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh (Council District No. 1) at no cost to the City.
