Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from Pittsburgh Arena Real Estate Redevelopment LP, Lower Hill Developer LLC, Parking Partners XXIII Block E LLC, and/or an affiliated entity in the amount of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($900,000.00) to support in the rehabilitation of Ammon Recreation Center.
