Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, to enter into agreements in individual amounts of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less with performers, instructors, artists, referees, and persons with specialized skills in connection with the Departments’ recreational and instructional programs and special events services. Payments for individual vendors meeting the above criteria are authorized through on-contract payments, departmental invoices and P-Card.
