Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto with Medical Debt Resolution, Inc., d/b/a RIP Medical Debt for services relating to the purchasing and retiring of medical debt for certain City of Pittsburgh residents, for a sum not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
