Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Three Dollars ($4,310,953.00) dollars, an increase of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred and Thirteen Dollars ($220,313.00), reimbursable at one hundred percent.
