Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Construction phases of the Brownsville Road Safety Improvement Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Five Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($4,504,368.00), and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed Twenty-Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00).
