Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Finance to enter into a Lease Agreement with the Pittsburgh Parking Authority for the off-street parking facility located at the northeast corner of Forbes and Murray Avenues for a period of twenty-nine (29) years and an annual rental fee of One Dollar ($1.00) per year, at no cost to the City.
