Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Youth Enrichment Services, Inc. for the purpose of spending grant funds in an amount not to exceed EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($18,200.00) DOLLARS to support programming to encourage banking access among Learn and Earn Participants.
