Resolution adopting the Plan Revision to the City of Pittsburgh’s Official Sewage Facilities Plan for the Fairywood project which will involve the development of a warehouse building including adjacent loading docks, parking, underground stormwater management facilities, and associated utilities, at no cost to the City.
