Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s Multimodal Transportation Fund for the Critical Sidewalks Improvement project and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND FIFTY TWO DOLLARS AND SEVENTY SEVEN CENTS ($970,052.77).
