Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements with Hawke, McKeon, & Sniscak LLP, in an amount not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) for a period of one year, for professional legal services related to the Public Utility Commission.
