Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the professional construction management services for Homewood Park Infrastructure Upgrades, between the City of Pittsburgh and Cosmos Technologies. The total not to exceed cost is Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand, One Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Twenty-Eight Cents ($288,133.28).
