Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Utility, Right of Way and Construction Phases of the Swinburne Street Bridge project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Fourteen Million Nine Hundred and Nine Thousand Dollars ($14,909,000.00), an increase of Twelve Million Five Hundred and Fifty Nine Thousand Dollars ($12,559,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (52622-2); reimbursable at Ninety Five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($16,250.00), a Twelve Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollar ($12,250.00) increase from the previously executed agreement (52622-2).
