WHEREAS, the Maronite Lebanese-American community of Our Lady of Victory Maronite Catholic Church, located at 1000 Tropical Avenue, will be hosting its annual Pittsburgh Lebanese Festival from Friday September 8 through Sunday, September 10; and,
