Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements with Evolve EA for costs associated with the Three Rivers Heritage Trail Maintenance and Management project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Nine Dollars and Seventy Two Cents ($145,949.72).
