Resolution amending 164 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Loeb & Loeb LLP for legal services related to real estate matters, by increasing the total spend by $250,000.00 for a new not exceed amount of $400,000.00 over one year.
