Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Urban Design Ventures, LLC for services relating to the program design, and application development of the City’s HOME-ARP application for a sum not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Dollars ($28,600.00) over three years for the payment of the costs thereof.
