Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a professional services agreement with Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000) dollars to support the city’s equitable street tree plan over the course of up to three (3) of years.
