Resolution authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Safety, Director of Finance, and Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Lease Agreement or Agreements with PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. for providing a police substation at 439 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA over a five-year term beginning January 2024 with a total cost not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($479,575) over 5 years.
