Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Public Safety, and the Director of Innovation & Performance to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with EProval to provide film and event permitting application software, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000) over five years.
