Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Michael Baker International Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Design Phase for the Penn Ave Signals project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seven Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Sixty-Two Cents ($766,365.62), reimbursable at 80%.
