Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with A. Liberoni Inc., for costs associated with Construction for the Sylvan Avenue Multimodal Path Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Six Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Dollars and Thirty-Seven Cents ($1,645,770.37), of which One Million Seventy-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Four Dollars ($1,077,744.25) is reimbursable.
