Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an agreement and/or agreement(s) and amendments thereto with ePlus Technologies, Inc. for assistance in planning and executing a move from existing locations to a data center at a new location, at a cost not-to-exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) over 1 year.
