Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two: Fiscal, Article I: Administration, Chapter 219 Operating Budget, by revising Section 219.03 Collaborative Budgeting Process to require notification to City Council when the City is applying for grants for projects or activities that are not pre-approved in the operating budget or for grants valued over $250,000.00.
