Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two: Fiscal, Article I: Administration, Chapter 218 Capital Budget and Improvement Plan, by revising Section 218.05 Project Authorization to require notification to City Council when the City is applying for grants for projects and activities that are not pre-approved in the capital budget or for grants valued over $250,000.00.
