Resolution further amending Resolution No. 816 of 2015, effective December 18, 2015, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget and the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2016 through 2021 Capital Improvement Program” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
