Resolution further amending Resolution No. 704 of 2007, effective December 27, 2007, entitled “Resolution ‘Adopting and approving the 2008 Capital Budget and the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2008 through 2012 Capital Improvement Program,’ by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2008 Capital Budget amendments” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
