Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($113,400.00) dollars to support the creation of a Wellness Index for Black Women with program partner Carlow University.
